  3. Deep Clean vs. Standard Clean

Cleaning guide

Deep clean vs. standard clean.

Both leave your home clean. The difference is how deep we go, and how long it takes. Here’s how to choose.

The short version

A standard clean maintains a home that’s already in good shape: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors. A deep clean restores a home that needs more: everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, built-up grime, grout, tracks, vents and the details.

Which one do you need?

  • Book a deep clean if it’s your first professional cleaning, it’s been a few months, you’re hosting, or you’re opening a seasonal home.
  • Book a standard clean if the home is cleaned regularly and just needs upkeep.

Most clients start with one deep clean, then move to recurring standard cleaning. Compare prices for your home in the cost calculator.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How much does a deep clean cost?

Our deep clean is a flat $400, and it’s the first visit for every new client. Recurring visits after that start at $125. See the pricing page.

How often should I get a deep clean?

Once or twice a year for most homes on recurring service, or any time the home has fallen behind.
